Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date unless noted otherwise.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Initiating a Return

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds will be issued only with prior authorization from our customer service for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to seller error. To request a partial refund, please reach out to our customer support team at sales@opalinetrade.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@opalinetrade.com.
