Mitutoyo 378-186-2 Microscope Head for Cascade Microtech Summit Probe Station
Mitutoyo microscope head/body assembly, code 378-186-2 (Made in Japan).
This is the Mitutoyo FS70L-S style microscope body used in probe-station microscope setups, including Cascade Microtech / FormFactor Summit systems.
Removed from a Cascade Microtech 11102B probe station. Optics are clean and intact. Includes the installed Mitutoyo WF 10X/24 widefield eyepieces (10x, FN 24) as shown.
Also included is an AmScope 0.5X Model (MT1000) USB camera for digital viewing via computer / pc.
